Tampa Goes All Out To Show Its Pride During 2022 Festival, Parade
TAMPA, FL — Last year, Tampa Pride broke records, hosting the largest event in Ybor City and the first Pride event in America following the pandemic with more than 80,000 people attending.
Now, Tampa Pride is back with the seventh annual Tampa Pride Celebration featuring a street festival, health and wellness fair and diversity parade along 7th Avenue.
The festivities will kick off Saturday, March 26 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the street festival with an arts and crafts show, an entrepreneur’s area and health and wellness fair, presented by the Community Action Network.

The main stage will be located in the Cuban Club Courtyard, 2010 Avenida Republica de Cuba, kicking off at 10:45 a.m. with a performance by the Tampa Pride Band and guest speakers, followed by featured entertainment. There will be featured entertainment on the main stage every half hour starting at 11:30 a.m.
The vendor areas will be located on East 9th Avenue and the Hillsborough Community College Ybor City campus parking lot.

Back this year will be the Food Alley, located on 14th Street between 9th Avenue and Palm Avenue, between The Cuban Club and HHC. This area will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and will feature a variety of food trucks.
The Tampa Pride Diversity Parade will kick off at 4 p.m. and will wind its way east from the corner of Nuccio Parkway and East 7th Avenue, with floats, marching bands, decorated cars and other participants. It will continue down East 7th Avenue to North 20th Street.
The Tampa Pride 2022 Pride at Night Concert will take place from 7 to 11 p.m. in The Cuban Club’s parking lot and first floor, highlighting partner organizations, vendors and sponsors while offering a variety of food options, liquor and beer.
Hosted by Niomi Onassis Knight, with a laser light show with international DJ Matt Suave, the concert will include performances by Aja Labeija, Kezra Leon, Kandy Muse, House of West, Yummy Prodigy & Co., Orusha San Miguel & Co., House of Ninja and Don Delion.
